For analysis the metal health status, the STAT-1, K-BDI and RESE surveys were obtained from all of participants. The physical health status observations were on the body weights and body mass index (BMI) and the physiological biomarker were on total reactive oxygen species (ROS) and total antioxidant capacity using ferric reducing ability in plasma (FRAP) assay by serum or plasma smaples. The result showed that yoga program significantly attenuated the abnormal ranges of mental health status as normal levels, compared with control group. The physiological bio markers such as ROS and FRAP were also considerably improved in yoga therapy group as compared with control group, but not affected physical health status.
